Launching of the Centre for Management as a Liberal Art

The Centre for Management as a Liberal Art (CMLA) of The Heng Seng University of Hong Kong was successfully launched on November 16, 2023, in conjunction with the launch of its close partner, the Institute of Continuing and Professional Education (ICAPE) of The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong. The CMLA is a joint initiative of Hang Seng University and MLA Academy. Its mission is to promote Peter F. Drucker’s legacy of Management as a Liberal Art (MLA) philosophy, principles, and practices. With the vision of creating a functioning society through performing and responsible management, the CMLA will provide leadership education programs, conduct applied research and facilitate best practices with MLA perspectives, to foster future leaders with change mindset and social responsibilities.
