Stephen is the City Pastor for Saddleback Church Hong Kong. He is responsible for the overall leadership to plant and operate a new church in Hong Kong since 2013 and reach out to China and surrounding Asian countries. The church has been grown from zero to 2000 weekly attendance in just ten years.
Before joining Saddleback Church, Stephen was responsible for the leadership and operations of the Bright China Group and Peter F. Drucker Academy. Stephen was appointed as President Emeritus of Peter F. Drucker Academy.
With over 30 years of experience in a diverse range of business sectors in Hong Kong, mainland China, and the Asia-Pacific region, Stephen also involved in serving non-profit organizations and a few government advisory boards. Stephen offers a wealth of professional experience in business, social, and religious sectors, which compliments serving the mission to expand in the Kingdom field.
Stephen has a degree in Doctor of Transformational Leadership at Bethel Bible Seminary in HK and an MSc in Engineering Business Management from the University of Warwick in the UK. He was awarded one of the Ten Outstanding Young Persons of Hong Kong in 2002.
